Optimized Pricing for Optimized Performance

We count seats by the unique users who log in to use the Perforator platform. All seats are equal from a pricing perspective. For example, if your team contains 3 engineers who prepare and run tests, plus 1 manager, who is primarily interested in reading results, then your organization will be billed for 4 subscription seats. Please don't confuse platform seats and virtual users launched by load tests. Platform seats are for real humans, while load test users affect compute hours utilization.

A compute hour is the equivalent of one dedicated CPU core running for one hour. When you launch browser-based load tests, the Perforator dedicates one CPU core to every browser instance by default. For example, running a load test with 100 browsers for 15 minutes will consume 25 compute hours.

We calculate compute-hours usage in 15-minute increments, rounding up to the nearest integer. For example, running a test with 50 browsers for 7 minutes will result in 13 compute hours.

By default, when you start using Perforator, the subscription comes with 4 engineering seats included and 768 compute hours monthly.

You can execute additional tests as you go, and we will automatically invoice you for additional utilization at the end of the billing cycle using $0.10 per compute hour.
For example, if you utilize 1,500 compute hours during a given month, you will need to pay an additional $73.20 at the end of the month, calculated as (1,500 - 768) * $0.10 = $73.20

No, we don't charge extra for data captured during your load tests or for analyzing your test results. You can always review previous test results data as long as you maintain an active subscription with the Perforator.

We retain your test results data as long as your account is active and your subscription is paid.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We operate on a flexible, month-to-month payment basis.
